Former hockey player who competed at the prep level in Canada and the junior level in the U.S. until his career was cut short by concussions. He returned home to coach his former high school team for two years and now helps players reach their goals. By starting this agency with Charles, their goal is to help players reach their full potential and have the most oppotunities possible for the next level.

Ishmael Carrington is a professional hockey player currently competing in Norway. He previously played NCAA Division III hockey at Anna Maria College and junior hockey with the Valley Junior Warriors (EHL) and Hearst Lumberjacks (NOJHL). At DB Hockey Advancement, he helps guide players looking to advance to junior and college hockey while supporting their development on and off the ice.
